Featuring a unique "medium flow" melting range, these rods give the operator excellent control, making it easy to bridge gaps, cap off joints, and manage loose-fitting pipe connections in tough field conditions. 
Key Features and Benefits

Self-Fluxing on Copper: The built-in phosphorus content acts as a powerful deoxidizing agent during heating. This completely eliminates the need for an external flux when joining copper to copper, saving job time and preventing internal line contamination.
5 Percent Silver Enhancements: The addition of 5 percent silver significantly improves the ductility and flexibility of the brazed joint compared to standard 0 percent silver rods. This helps the pipeline withstand heavy compressor vibrations and structural shifts without cracking.
Excellent Gap-Bridging Control: Formulated with a wide melting range (plastic range), this alloy flows smoothly but slowly enough to build strong, robust fillets and easily close up gaps where a tight fit-up cannot be maintained.
Industry Code Compliance: Fully compliant with AWS A5.8 BCuP-3 and ISO 17672 CuP 281 standards, meeting strict commercial mechanical engineering and plumbing specifications.

Material Restrictions: Do not use on ferrous metals (steel, iron) or nickel alloys, as it will form a brittle joint interface. External flux is required for copper-to-brass applications.
